The Policy Analyst Programme is designed for early-career researchers seeking structured experience in policy analysis, research, and writing.
Mid-career professionals
The Fellowship Programme is designed for professionals with substantial academic or professional experience who wish to contribute high-quality analysis alongside their existing careers.
Expert Commentary Programme
CISES publishes expert commentary by academics, researchers, and professionals with recognised subject-matter expertise.

Operational Roles
In addition to its research programmes, CISES recruits a small team of staff who support the organisation’s publishing, communications, events, and partnership activities. These roles are designed for individuals interested in contributing to the delivery and public engagement of policy research.
